Hazari is traditionally played by 4 players.

Deck of Cards:

Hazari employs a standard 52-card deck. The cards rank from high to low: Ace, King, Queen, Jack, 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2.

Objective:

The aim of Hazari is to be the first player or team to reach a predetermined number of points, typically 1,000.

Gameplay:

• The dealer shuffles the deck and deals 13 cards to each player one card at a time.
• 
  Bidding Phase:
  Players commence the bidding phase by predicting the number of hands they expect to win based on their card strength.
  Bidding starts with the player to the dealer's left and proceeds clockwise.
  Each player must bid higher than the previous bid or pass.
  The highest bidder becomes the declarer and sets the trump suit for the round.
  If all players pass, cards are reshuffled for a new round of dealing and bidding.

  Playing Phase:
  The player to the dealer's left leads by playing any card from their hand.
  Subsequent players must follow with a card of the same suit if possible; otherwise, they can play any card.
  The highest-ranking card of the led suit wins the hand and leads to the next.
  A trump card can win even if of lower rank than the led suit.
  The winner leads each hand successively until all 13 hands are played.

  Scoring:
  After all hands are played, scoring begins.
  The declarer earns points based on hands won; others score based on bids vs. hands won.
  If declarer wins as bid, they earn points equal to their bid; otherwise, they lose that amount.
  Other players earn points based on their bid-hand difference.
  Points accumulate across rounds until reaching the winning score.

  Next Round:
  The player on the dealer's left becomes the new dealer for subsequent rounds.
  All phases are repeated for each new round.

  Winning the Game:
  The game continues until a player/team reaches the winning score (usually 1,000 points).
  The highest scorer exceeding this threshold at round end wins.
